These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bullarco Roofing & Full Exteriors ("Bullarco", "we", "us") website at bullarco.ca (the "Site") and related services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate communication between you and Bullarco regarding our roofing and exterior services. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

Estimates and Quotes

Estimates and quotes provided through this Site or in person are non-binding until a formal written agreement is signed by both parties. Pricing, availability, and timelines are subject to change based on project scope, material availability, and site conditions.

SMS Messaging Terms

When you opt in to text message updates on our contact form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Bullarco, delivered through our scheduling platform (Jobber), for the following purposes:

• Appointment scheduling reminders;
• Job status and follow-up updates;
• Quote and invoice notifications.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your project activity. You will not receive more than approximately 10 messages per month.

Opting out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Bullarco is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Carriers: SMS services are supported on major Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any service from Bullarco. Your phone number and consent status are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Bullarco or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Site uses third-party services to operate, including but not limited to:

• Jobber: scheduling, client management, and SMS notifications;
• Vercel: website hosting;
• Cloudflare Turnstile: spam protection;
• Google Places API: address autocomplete on forms;
• Resend: transactional email delivery.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices beyond the data we share as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullarco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
